20th July 2008, 22.15 Thanks to our tech team for amazing 99.9997% up-time! We switched technical partners 12 months ago and have had only 90 seconds down time on some websites and zero down time for over 1000 email accounts on the art71 server in the last 12 months while serving web pages to millions of unique visitors. We really appreciate the support from new tech partners at RackSpace and, at this rate, will have nothing to report on these pages at all...:-)

22nd July 2007, 03.45 Restoration of all email accounts completed. New instructions posted on site for setting up office email.

20th July 2007, 04.30 Our new server is now operating and we are working towards reconfiguring all client services.

17th July 2007, 15:40 Delayed email messages are now being forwarded to client accounts but expected to take until late Tuesday evening to clear large backlog. Outgoing mail being fixed and once fixed will be reported here. Apologies again to clients affected by delayed mails.

17th July 2007, 08:53 Mail delay problem continues on some client accounts. The issue has been identified now and most mails should be delivered.

16th July 2007, 11.20: System engineers working on mail delay problems on some accounts. Hoping to resolve this issue asap.
