How to set up your FTP account

Follow these steps to quickly set-up your FTP account:

Download Ipswitch File Transfer Software

The following instructions apply to Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional software [external link]. We are not affiliated with Ipswitch in any way but would recommend use of their software for the transfer of files. We are happy to give technical support to all clients using their software. We may be unable to help with problems using a third company's FTP software.

Other ftp software and web design software will have a similar set-up to Ipswitch
