Blackberry

All mail accounts on art71's server communicate very easily with a Blackberry handset. On a Blackberry select Device setup and then Email Setup and Add an email address. You will only need your full email address and password. You must though make sure you have activated your Blackberry with your phone provider to allow you to receive data through the handset. If in doubt phone Tech Support for your network provider.

The login information you will need for your Blackberry

• User name: Your full email address such as your.name@your.domain.com
• Your password: Your password. Please contact art71 if you have lost your password or retrieve it automatically through the website control page.

Help! I can't see "Add an email address" when I select "Device Setup"

Some phone providers supply Blackberry handsets with just their email account enabled. Simply contact your service provider and ask them to update your handset so you can add extra email accounts. Usually, the provider will send a text message to your handset when your account has been updated. Delete the text, turn the handset off and on again. And try again!
