Some history:

1987: Started writing software using BASIC programming language

1991: MA(oxon) degree in Biological Sciences from The Queen's College, Oxford

1993: Used one of the first community internets while in San Francisco, USA. Worked in Costa Rica in cloud forest reserve. Developed photography as prefered visual medium

1994: Senior picture researcher at OSF photo agency including image licensing and stock photography sales to international publishers and advertising agencies

1995: Photography sold to a wide range of clients as a freelance photographer

1999: As sole director set up art71, a company specialising in graphical and digital design, art and web-based applications

2000: Exhibitions at DesignVision London Earls Court, The Restaurant Show London Olympia and National Railway Museum York. Managed the Parcel Room gallery, an independent artist-led art venue in Newtown, UK

2001: Developed many online projects and applications using digital design, photography and web programming. Continual development of bespoke e-commerce shopping cart, search engine, database-driven and content management software

2002: Office established in Paris to develop markets in Paris and London and to allow development of business in Europe

2005: Client website visitors pass 1 million unique users per year and we celebrate 10 years of business trading
